A post-participant observational study and analysis of its structure and management from the viewpoint of a middle-level leader (as Norwegian National coordinator and Centre President). The aim of this study is to make members and leaders in that organisation aware of its inconsistencies and latent functions due to top-down leadership and inherently anti-democratic values in its decision-making at all levels.
