An Indian Skeptic's explanation of Miracles
http://exbaba.com/articles/premanandmiracles.html

GM : This is an article by Basava Premanand. He gives some rather amusing explanations on how vibhuthi forms from pictures. He refuses to turn his penis into a vagina (something attributed to Sathya Sai Baba) and refuses to show us how Sathya Sai Baba materializes oil. "Oilings" are allegedly a very common materialisation. The oil is either materialized with circular motions of the hand or by rubbing his thumb over his finger. Basava Premanand is eerily silent on Sathya Sai Baba's methodology in relation to these things. Another important fact to point out is that Basava Premanand believes Jesus was a fraud magician.

Reply : The explanations on how vibhuti forms on pictures given by me are true and there is nothing amusing. The male sex organ can be made to appear as a female one.

In my book "Science Versus Miracles" Vol 1 "I have explained how water could be produced from empty hands. Producing oil by rubbing the thumb over the finger is still simple as there is no need to palm liquid. I am pleased that GM attests that Sathya Sai Baba produces oil which is used for the (supposed) kundalini arousal of the students. From the explanation given by students who have been seriously sexually abused by Sathya Sai Baba, the sexual power is not weakened but strengthened. They ejaculated!

I have nowhere stated that Jesus Christ was a fraud magician. I was not there when Christ was believed to have changed water into wine or five pieces of bread to feed five thousand. Moreover I cannot believe that he performed miracles, as according to me - if he was a historical person - I can consider him as the greatest revolutionary of that period. Jesus never started any religion, and Christianity was started by the Roman Empire which is reliably believed to have put him on the cross.
